PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
The Carden Farm Park & Recreation Complex is a multi-use sport, recreation and entertainment complex located on a 17 acre site directly across the Clinch River from downtown Clinton. The facility will feature (3) baseball/softball fields, one of which will be used for concerts and other events. A central pavilion will provide restrooms, concessions, storage and other amenities for the facility. A walking trail will wrap the perimeter of the site and connect to the future Pedestrian Bridge.

OPPORTUNITIES.

• Will provide a point of activity on the last undeveloped piece of riverfront property in downtown
• The facility will provide a venue for multiple sport, recreation and entertainment uses and venues

• Multiple regulatory agencies involved in design reviews
• Proximity to industrial facilities, railroad and residential areas
